Delivery and Pickup

 

At Good Oswald Coffee Co. we pride ourselves on having high quality, fresh roasted coffee along with awesome customer service. Our primary focus is on making sure you get the best coffee we can, even if this means it will take longer to get your order out the door. 

We do not stock roasted coffee. Most of the time your coffee is roasted fresh to order. This means that it can take a bit longer to receive your order than 

Within our local delivery area we a self deliver. We do not guarantee a delivery time or date, but we do guarantee to get coffee to you as fast as we can in the best condition possible. Most of the time we roast your coffee fresh to order.

If you are ordering ground coffee we add a couple of extra days to let the coffee rest after roasting. This helps ensure that you get the maximum flavour out of your beams. This will add a couple of extra days until delivery or pickup.

If you are in a coffee emergency please note this when you place your order and we will make sure we get your coffee to you asap. Nobody should go without coffee!

Delivery

From the time your order is placed our general turnaround time is 5-7 days.

Delivery charges are calculated at the time of your order. 

Orders outside of the Ottawa area are shipped by Canada Post or a similar courier.

We try our best to roast to order to ensure that you get your coffee at peak freshness which means delivery may take a bit longer. Trust us, fresh roasted coffee is worth the wait!

For apartment buildings, we will deliver to the front lobby only. We will contact you ahead of time to ensure that somebody is home to received the order.

Pickup

Orders are usually ready 3-5 days after the order is placed. You will receive a notification when your order is ready.

For pick up orders we offer a self serve pickup box. Details will be in your pickup notification email you receive when the order is ready.

Subscriptions

We offer weekly, bi-weekly and monthly subscriptions for customers in the Ottawa area. You have the option to have the same beans sent by selecting the subscribe option for each bean. You can also choose the Roaster's Choice
